Our Wild Thyme Honey comes from a single species of thyme that grows in the hills of Central Otago. This Honey has more antioxidant content than any other type of honey. Wild Thyme Honey is full flavoured and has a distinctive taste which pairs well with cheese or simply enjoy on its own.
