Returns Policy

If an order is not received or if an item is received and it is either damaged or faulty, a return claim needs to be emailed to within 30 days from the date of dispatch.

Do not return goods until we can determine the best response.

Replacement: If a replacement is required it will be sent immediately subject to availability, at no charge.

Refund: If a refund is required, it will be provided according to the original method of payment.

We do not refund or credit due to a change of mind.
