Shipping Policy

 We deliver Nationally by courier for  all orders. You will need to select either North or South Island for your courier delivery. 
 
Above 2.00kg the shipping will be calculated by weight at the checkout.
 
Delivery Times: 
- In New Zealand are between 2 - 6 working days and would be longer if you are rural. 
- International deliveries will depend on the country we are sending to. You can email bene@hunnyshop.co.nz for more information on delivery times.
 
We Do Not Deliver To PO Boxes.

New Zealand parcels all have tracking numbers.  If for some reason you do not receive your parcel you can contact us by phone 021 0265 4335 and also by email bene@hunnyshop.co.nz
 All International orders benefit the same rates up to 2kg with DHL express delivery. For different countries there are different rates please email us for further information. All DHL are tracked and are door to door delivery.

We advise  that you check for any restriction or allowances,  as different countries have different rules . For some countries there may be an import duty or customs fee incurred upon entry.  This is beyond our control as these rules can change periodically, The Hunny Shop can not accept responsibility for charges apply by other jurisdictions . 
Since Brexit
Whether a shipment is a gift or not, it must still go through an import procedure country, the value and quantity, but not its purpose. Dutiable shipments are subject to a customs duty, which is a tariff or Tax/VAT imposed on goods when transported across international borders.
To import Honey to Europe and UK there is limit of  2KG and no ,more.   

AUSTRALIA:
We cannot send to WESTERN AUSTRALIA, TASMANIA and KANGAROO ISLAND due to biosecurity restrictions in these areas.
We are able to send to all other parts of Australia. 

 For international parcels we require name, address, telephone and email address.

FOR INDIA SHIPPING;
We require one personal ID of the below but only one:

1: AADHAR Number

2: GSTIN

3  PAN Card

4: Passport Number

5: Unique Identification Number

New policies for shipping to the USA

All commercial shipments under $800 will now require full customs procedures and duty payments. 

New tariffs and you may also experience an increase in Import costs. Most shipments will require duty, tax and fee payments due to the new regulations, shipments will now go through full clearance and tax/duty/fee assessment, even small orders. 

FOR CHINA SHIPPING; 

We require a copy of the recipients photo ID and their resident number. This is in line with Chinese Customs Authorities requirements.


If for some  reason the product arrives damaged we will replace the item free of charge. If for any other reason the buyer would prefer a refund they would have to provide us with proof of the damaged product. If  any problems occur , please do not hesitate to contact us by email and we will reply to you in two working days. Honey cannot be returned to New Zealand. 

FRANCE

As of the 1st March 2026, the French Government has introduced a regulatory fee on low value shipments1 (Taxe sur les Petite Colis / TPC) for goods valued below 150 EUR imported from non-EUcountries into France.

  • 1 Including both B2C (Business to Consumer) and B2B (Business to Business) and C2C (Consumer to Consumer)
  • 2 EU (European Union): Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
  • Alternatively, the import duties & import taxes and other Customs-related charges will be charged to receiver of the goods in France. • The final delivery of the shipment will only be completed once the payment of the import duties & import taxes and other Customs-related charges has been made. • This service is known as the DHL Duty Tax Unpaid (DTU)Billing Service –please contact your DHL representative for more information.

 

 

NEW Regulation for Israel

The changes are as follows:

  • The VAT (Value Added Tax) exemption threshold for B2C imports has decreased from 150 USD to 130 USD¹.
  • Shipments exceeding 500 USD are subject to customs import duties, and purchase tax².
¹The threshold refers to the value of the goods excluding insurance, shipping and other applicable costs.
²The Israeli purchase tax is a tax applied to specific categories of goods based on their Harmonized System (HS) codes.
