SELLER / SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • "Garston Stables" will appear on cardholder statements for any transactions through this website.
  • Approximate worldwide shipping is 10 - 25 days for Economy and 2-6 days by Courier.

RETURN POLICY

  • If an order is not received or if an item is received and it is either damaged or faulty, a return claim needs to be emailed to bene@hunnyshop.co.nz within 30 days from the date of dispatch.
  • Do not return goods until we can determine the best response.
  • Replacement: If a replacement is required it will be sent immediately subject to availability, at no charge.
  • Refund: If a refund is required, it will be provided according to the original method of payment.
  • We do not refund or credit due to a change of mind.
