Have you tried our wild Thyme honey?

Our wild Thyme honey is derived from wild growing Thyme in beautiful Central Otago, which is thought to be the worlds only population of Thyme growing wild outside its natural habitat of countries bordering the Mediterranean sea.
Thyme honey contains an antiseptic substance called Thymol, and has traditionally been used to prevent and treat colds and flus, respiratory infections, mouth and gum issues, as well as acne and other skin problems.
We use our delicious Wild Thyme honey for culinary purposes- pair it with blue cheese, drizzle it over carrots before roasting or pop a spoonful in your hot toddy!
